Description
The Bühnen HB 720 K Bead is a professional pneumatic-assisted hot melt applicator designed specifically for reactive PUR and POR adhesives packaged in 310 mL aluminum cartridges. It is ideal for industrial bonding applications that require the exceptional thermoset performance of reactive hot melts applied in a controlled bead or dot pattern.
The HB 720 K features precise digital temperature control and an integrated adhesive level sensor that allows the operator to monitor the amount of adhesive remaining in the cartridge. A 3.0 mm orifice nozzle is supplied as standard for controlled adhesive dispensing.
For additional application flexibility, the applicator includes the components required for either an integrated applicator nozzle configuration or direct-fit cartridge nozzle configuration.
This package also includes a sturdy base/working stand with an integrated pressure control regulator, providing a stable workstation and convenient storage location for the applicator between uses.
